Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. Shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise.

Return Policy

Quality is a priority to KIIN and we want you to be completely satisfied with your product. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any product purchased, you may return it for an exchange or a refund.

Please note that any item that has been returned will no longer be re-sold.

If a product is not your size, product must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date and it must be unwashed and unworn with all hangtags included. Please e-mail us at info@kiin-athletic.com to get a refund form. If you would like to contact us by phone, please call us at 619.623.7692

Processing time for all returns is about 3-7 business days. Please allow 14 business days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.

Your exchange order will be processed back to the same form of payment as your original purchase.

Return shipping charges are not refundable. However, you will not be charged additional shipping on your new purchase.

Refunds are processed net of any discounts used in the original purchase.
